Well I'm back baby! I have healed from the very bad ankle injury. How bad was it? Over a week later, I had bruises in areas around the ankle that couldn't have been injured. I had one up my shin. But what is the best way to tell I'm back? I can wear my boots again. Hells Yeah!

aw...I had a bad ankle injury about a month ago...it was a second degree sprain, and I played at my sports nationals competition a week later
