Answering the phone at work SUCKS! We just hired a receptionist here which is awesome. I am trying to get them to install some sort of portable potty chair so she doesn't have to leave her desk at all, but so far that idea hasn't been received very well by her or my boss!!

Bekah - we have one of the nicest ladies in the world answering our phones. I wouldn't ever consider not letting her leave the phones every once in a while. She earns it with transferring all the calls.
Suze - Because I like to eat carrots during the day instead of chips or drinking cokes...except when I have a coke and peanuts. Mmm...yummy. Since you may not know, coke and peanuts are an old southern treat.
Oh, OK. HHNT, though. If you do make it around to mine, be sure to comment so I know you were there!
